Dear Recipient Name:

I spent my childhood in China, Hong Kong, and New Zealand and hold permanent residency of Hong Kong and New Zealand. I had already accumulated valuable cross cultural experience by the time I came to the United States for higher education in 2008. Through a combination of hard work and detailed planning, I will earn a bachelor’s degree with a double major in Finance and Risk Management & Insurance at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in only three years.

My life experiences mean I have a great understanding of both the western and eastern cultures. In addition, I am fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English which means my language and cultural skills will be a valuable asset to an organization with global ambitions. I respect other cultures and show great interest in learning about them which may be why I have always gotten along well with people from different backgrounds.

I have a clear idea of what I want to do in the future and plan to further advance my educational credentials. I have thoroughly studied your company and am convinced that given my future goals as well as the opportunities within your organization, this place will be a perfect fit for me.

I have attached my resume for your reference. I would love the opportunity to meet you in person to learn more about the organization and how I can contribute towards the organizational goals.  I realize you have a very busy schedule and I am grateful to you for taking time out of your busy schedule to consider my application. Please do let me know if you have any questions. You may reach me at EMAIL or at PHONE NUMBER.

Sincerely,

About us

A lot of students contact us inquiring about people who actually write this blog. We are a group of former college students who know how difficult it is to write coherent, up-to-date, interesting and catchy admission papers. We have all been there and done that, so we decided to share our knowledge and reveal the secrets of composing impressive application documents for free.
